At our Juninga aged care facility, we ensure your social, emotional, cultural and spiritual requirements are met in a respectful and supportive way. We also provide quality care – did you know our service manager, Jenny Messell, is the 2019 Territory Nurse of the Year?

Our dedicated staff are here to support your day-to-day activities, and our program of events ranges from fishing outings, music, dance and movie nights to cooking kangaroo tail, barramundi, damper or magpie goose on the open fire. In the dry season, barbecues and sitting around the campfire are very popular. We work with local services who assist us to offer karaoke, entertainment, and facilitate a range of cultural and fun activities.

At Juninga, we have 26 permanent residential beds. We also have 10 independent living cabins, which provide support via ARRCS Community Care Darwin services. Our caring, compassionate staff love getting to know you and we work hard to create a unique, harmonious and happy community.

Comfort, safety and feeling respected and valued is important to all of us. At ARRCS Juninga in Coconut Grove, we’re here for you.

‘I love learning about cultural traditions, seeing the happiness on people’s faces when they are involved in meaningful activities and the connection they share with our staff. It’s great to hear them laughing.’ – Service manager, Jenny Messell
