Support co-ordination
We provide Level 2 and Level 3 support co-ordination, and can help you implement your NDIS plan, managing your disability supports and building your capacity to manage your own supports. We can enable you to put your plan into action by:
- Helping you to understand the NDIS and your NDIS plan.
- Assist you to access the opportunities your NDIS plan offers.
- Help you to identify providers who would be good fit for you to achieve your goals.
- Link you to or engage with informal, mainstream, community or funded supports.
Support co-ordination may be funded under the Capacity Building Supports budget in your NDIS plan.
At ARRCS, we want to help you to get the most out of the NDIS, so you can have more choice and control.
