Make a payment to ARRCS
Our preferred method of payment is via Ezidebit, an easy way to pay online for home care, aged care services with your credit card or debit card. Click through to our Ezidebit page at the link below.

To set up direct debit, please call ARRCS finance on 1800 770 208, and choose Option 1 – ‘Are you a customer?”.
You can make a Visa or Mastercard payment by calling 1800 976 833, and selecting Option 5 for ARRCS. Have your Payment Reference Number (on your ARRCS statement) and Visa or Mastercard information handy and follow the prompts.
Please contact your bank or financial institution to make this payment from your cheque, savings, debit or transaction account.

Opt-in for e-statements
Paperless statements are easy, convenient, contactless and better for the environment. If you would like to go paperless and receive your statements via email, simply call us on 1800 770 208 to opt-in and you will start receiving your tax invoice / statement via email from the next available statement run.
