Sometimes simple changes can keep you safe and make life easier so you can remain independent in the familiar surroundings of home for as long as possible.

We can go through your home with you, identify safety risks (with the help of an occupational therapist in some circumstances) and work with you to minimise those risks by:

  • Installing equipment such as easy-access taps, bath rails or a shower hose.
  • Creating access solutions, such as ramps.
  • Sourcing technological devices that can help with daily tasks, mobility, communication and personal safety.
  • General maintenance, such as keeping smoke alarms, light bulbs and taps in working order.

At ARRCS, our home modification and maintenance services are designed to help you feel confident that your surroundings are safe, well maintained and easy to navigate.
