Hydrotherapy uses water to improve mobility and wellbeing. It involves gentle movement and exercise in a heated pool and can help with rehabilitation, pain relief, relaxation and more. Our hydrotherapy service at the Fred McKay Day Therapy Centre offers aged care support. It is delivered by a qualified physiotherapist in our comfortably heated hydrotherapy pool.
