Occupational therapists are available to support you to restore your confidence and rebuild skills and independence with activities of daily living. They can:

  • Work with you on cognitive, physical or social problems so that you can continue to carry out everyday tasks.
  • Help you identify the rehabilitation goals most important to you and work with you and your family to reach those goals.
  • Advise on specialised equipment, such as walking frames and other aids to support your mobility.

At ARRCS, we are experienced in helping people improve their independence through the use of occupational therapy.
